Online interactive applications
Application 1: Breakdown of disease chapters for post-MI disease trajectories
This application provides a breakdown of the ICD-10 chapters appearing within the discovered post-MI trajectories. A breakdown is provided for each ICD-10 chapter — showing the number of occurrences of the three-character ICD-10 codes — for MI and control cohorts, for each trajectory, for each of our analyses.
Application 2: Post-MI transitions between diagnoses
This application shows the number of individuals that transition between diagnoses, separately for both the MI and control cohorts. Diagnoses are displayed at the ICD-10 chapter and sub-chapter levels. The network for the secondary analyses — which includes both primary and secondary diagnoses — is also available.
